Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from LuxSavvy. This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds.
1. Order cancellation
You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us at lux.saavy@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a return.
2. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Certain items (for hygiene or safety reasons) may not be returnable; this will be noted on the product page.
3. Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected (or a cancellation is approved), your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
