Here's how LuxSavvy gets your order to you.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details by email or SMS where available.

5. Delays

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at lux.saavy@gmail.com and we'll help.
